Plantain is excellent at repelling germs and can be used for a wide variety of skin issues. It makes an excellend healing ointment and also very soothing to the skin. I love to use it just inside my nostrils to help ward off illnesses when in crowded places. Plantain is also great at drawing out things so can be useful for cuts, scrapes and even sinus issues.
